Jim Richardson is a photographer for National Geographic where over 40 years he has photographed more than 50 stories covering issues of the environment, cultures, history, travel and food and agriculture. Richardson is also known for his documentary photography of small towns and rural life. Among many awards in 2015 he was honored by his fellow National Geographic photographers as their “Photographer’s Photographer.”
