Ghost Bison, Yellowstone National Park

With a career spanning nearly four decades, Norbert Rosing has dedicated much of his life to documenting the natural world. His extensive work in the Arctic has captured the lives of polar bears and other wildlife, with images and stories appearing in National Geographic Magazine, GEO, and numerous other international publications.
Rosing has published around twenty books, created nine postage stamps for the German postal service, and completed comprehensive photographic coverage of all German National and Nature Parks. His long-term work in Yellowstone National Park resulted in two published books on the region. In recent years, he has focused on black-and-white imagery using the Leica M Monochrom camera. His career also includes numerous presentations, such as The World of the Polar Bears, Yellowstone, Spitsbergen, and Wild Germany, and large-scale exhibitions around the world.
